Robert G. Moffat
President, Chief Executive Officer and Director

Mr. Moffat graduated from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario in
1977 with a B.Sc. (Geology) degree. From 1995 to 2001, he was President,
Chief Executive Officer and Director of Courage Energy Inc. From 1992 though
1995, he was President of Springsyde Resources Ltd., a company he founded
and which later became Courage Energy Inc. through an amalgamation and name
change in 1995. Prior thereto, he was Vice President and Director of Highridge
Exploration Ltd. Mr. Moffat is also a director of Global Energy Services
Ltd. |
